Floor Quote was founded by senior flooring quantity surveyors who noticed a major bottleneck in the industry: busy sub-contractors and showroom owners were missing tender deadlines and losing bids simply because they lacked the time to do rigorous plan calculations.
We built Floor Quote (floor-quote.co.uk) as an independent contract service. We operate like your in-house take-off department—working fast, staying hyper-accurate, and keeping all plans 100% confidential. By combining deep practical knowledge of floor prep, adhesives, and material roll lay direction with advanced digital take-off software, and by measuring to UK British Standards (BS 8203, BS 8204), RICS NRM2 and CFA guidance, we produce schedules that stand up to developer scrutiny.
